Wladimir Klitschko says he will fight David Haye at Chelsea's Stamford Bridge stadium on June 20, although contracts have yet to be signed.
Klitschko, who currently holds the IBF, IBO and WBO heavyweight titles, has been in talks with the 'Hayemaker' since older brother Vitali passed up the opportunity to take on the Brit in favour of a mandatory defence of his WBC title.
Haye has been calling out the Klitschko brothers for the best part of a year after moving up to the heavyweight division following victory over Enzo Maccarinelli last March, unifying the cruiserweight titles in the process.
And the Bermondsey bomber - who has won 21 of his 22 fights, 20 inside the distance - has irked the brothers so much that they are determined to shut him up in the ring.
"Haye can say whatever he wants," said 'Dr Steelhammer'. "I have the experience of knocking out guys who promised to turn my birthday into a funeral.
"His behaviour is inappropriate...(he) has threatened and dishonoured the Klitschko family honour and he will be punished.
"I will give my reply in the ring. He's in for a rough ride."
Haye proved his heavyweight credentials with a fifth round stoppage of Monte Barrett in November, while Klitschko defended his titles last month with a one-sided victory over Hasim Rahman.

i must admit i am surprised at the venue, wouldnt think that haye could sell out 30 or 40 thousand. a good undercard and cheap tickets would make it great though.
hope it happens, hope haye lands some bombs.

I'm split on this one.Part of me wishes Klit would Ko Haye and shut him up.But the other part wishes Haye would stop Klit and inject some excitement in to the HWs.Plus if Haye wins, him and Vitali would meet to decide the universally recognized HW champ.

Yeah, baby!!
I fully expect Wlad to be doing the Ukrainian Shuffle all over the ring prior to being stopped by the ref, no later than the 5th round.
Wlad cannot be out-jabbed or out-boxed. The only way to beat Wlad is to bumrush and chin-check him just like Corrie Sanders did. Wlad is horrible under pressure and abandons his fundementals when being attacked. Haye is just the man to get the job done and doesn’t have the discipline to even attempt to out-box Wlad.
Remember how timidly Wlad fought Ibragimov? Just imagine how petrified he will be against a real explosive puncher like Haye?!
Haye via 5th round TKO. You heard it from me first!!

I'll cetainly be pulling for Haye. Having the Klitschko Bros. on top is killing the division...at least Haye will add some excitement.

I think Haye is what we need. The guy isn't afraid of anything and seems obsessed with fighting the best. Good for him. Please let him be the real thing!!
