I was reading Maxboxing.com and Steve Kim said he heard that HBO is now pushing hard to set up Mosley-Mayweather with the winner fighting the winner of Hatton-Pac.
So where does that leave Cotto?I seriously doubt they can sell the Margarito rematch and even if they try,it loses alot of the luster and probably wouldn't land on PPV.So with both fighter's under Top Rank, why not make Cotto-Clottey?The winner would be the next logical opponent for the winner of the above mentioned mini-tourney.
And if I am Andre Berto,I'm begging my people to get Margarito next before giving Collazo a title shot.

Arum went from the penthouse to the out house in one night. He was firmly in control of the welterweight division and now all he has left is two damaged fighters (Margarito,Cotto) an iffy prospect (Soto Karass) and a guy he sat on and made unmarketable (Clottey).
Arum should've kept Clottey busy against anybody so that he could make a name for himself...As it is right now, nobody wants to fight Clottey for pocket change and Arum doesn't want to risk his cash cow, Cotto, against a big, strong guy like Clottey...
All this happened because Margarito opened his mouth in negotiations and said that Mosley was scared and pissing his pants...If he would've kept silent, he would've been able to back out of the fight and little would've been said. But after ripping Mosley, Arum had to go back to the table and do what he could to make the fight happen...

I doubt a Mayweather vs Mosley fight will happen. Mayweather would rather fight someone with less power and speed and a sure win! He is not risking his zero with Shane. Too much risk there.
A Cotto rematch is the best marketable fight out there. They had a great 1st fight which was very close. And now with the history these two have. Cotto losing to Margarito by KO and Mosley beating Margarito by KO sets up a Mega Fight. Cotto will be fighting to get back his belt. While Mosley will be fighting to avenge his loss to Cotto and erase that Loss with a huge win.
A Cotto vs Margarito rematch makes no sense. Not anymore Maybe down the road.

In an interview with Boxingtalk.com,Arum is saying the Cotto-Margarito rematch will still go ahead as planned.
